Terms of Use
highwater · early access · last updated 2026-07-05
highwater is an early-access tool. By connecting your wallet and activating highwater, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What highwater is
highwater is a non-custodial tool that places and adjusts native reduce-only stop orders on your Hyperliquid account through a policy-constrained agent wallet. highwater is not a broker, exchange, custodian, fund, or financial advisor, and does not hold, move, or have access to your funds.
2. Early access, provided “as is”
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It may contain bugs, and may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Use it at your own risk and only with amounts you can afford to lose.
3. Security model — what the agent can and cannot do
Withdrawals and transfers are impossible for the agent wallet by Hyperliquid’s design. Order permissions are further locked to reduce-only stop orders by our policy layer. The worst case of a compromise of our systems is that one of your stops is cancelled or your position is closed — your capital cannot be withdrawn or transferred to anyone.
4. Not financial advice
Nothing provided by highwater is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to enter, size, or exit any position. Trading crypto perpetuals is high-risk and you can lose your entire position. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your position sizing, and your stop configuration.
5. No execution guarantee
Your stop rests natively on Hyperliquid, so it remains in place even if the highwater backend is offline; however, trailing (moving the stop as price advances) depends on our service being available. We do not guarantee that a stop will trigger, will execute at any particular price, or will protect you against slippage, price gaps, liquidation, exchange downtime, or network failure.
6. Third-party services
highwater relies on Hyperliquid (the exchange) and on a third-party custody provider for the policy-constrained agent wallet. These are independent third parties that we do not control and are not responsible for. Your use of Hyperliquid is governed by Hyperliquid’s own terms; highwater is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hyperliquid.
7. Eligibility
You must be of legal age and legally permitted to trade crypto derivatives in your jurisdiction. Do not use highwater where doing so would be unlawful.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, highwater and its operator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including trading losses, missed or mistimed stops, downtime, or data loss — arising from your use of the service. The service is provided free of charge and without warranty.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
